Delivery Rules

• ID verification may be required for high-value orders.

• Deliveries will be made only to residential or office addresses (not to public spaces).

• The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.

• Please inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery.

• If the packaging is tampered with or items appear missing, kindly refuse delivery.

• Any disputes must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video as evidence.
